KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. New product design and special equipment development for China and Asia /Pacific market;

2. New options design under customers specific requests;

3. Products criteria and standard clarification, qualifying designs utilizing regulations established by China, Europe, ISO, customer specifications and engineering standards established by Bomag;

4. Technical and products information exchange between China and Bomag HQ;

5. Maintain and update catalogue, give technical training to related functions;

6. Coordinate and follow local project; Give supports to production, quality and sourcing to make sure localization project going smoothly.

7. Take care of ECN kick-off and maintenance for specified products/parts;

8. New supplier development and performance audit;

9. BOM create, maintenance and on time system updated (SAP).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Engineering field;

2. 4 years above relevant experiences in heavy constructive machinery, road building machinery will be preferred; Sufficient knowledge on product and fixture design;

3. Experience with technology and technical support, strong knowledge of hydraulic or electric control will be a plus;

4. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Professional software;

5. Proficiency in use 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Pro-engineer, UG etc) CAD software.

6. Experience in SAP or ERP systems will be better;

7. High awareness of quality oriented, initiative and team work spirit;

8. Hardworking, accountable and willing to work under pressure;

9. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
